Balanced Habits LIFE
A comprehensive 3, 6 or 12 month, one-on-one program. Each participant works with their own designated Certified Food Coach to create a customized eating and exercise program that grows and develops with the participant. The goal of this program is to educate each participant, giving them all the tools they need to navigate a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle, on their own, when they are ready to do so.
This program alone has supported tens of thousands of participants to create a lifestyle that makes sense to them.
